1. No earnings are promised

Joining the referral network does not guarantee any income. Many people who join a network like this earn little or nothing. You should not join expecting to replace a salary, and you should not spend money you cannot afford in the hope of earning commission.

2. Where earnings come from

Commission is paid only on the sale of products. It is not paid for recruiting people, and no one pays or is paid a fee for joining.

You earn when there are product sales on both your left and your right leg in the same period. If only one leg has sales, you earn nothing for that period, although the volume may carry over.

3. What affects what you earn

• How much product is genuinely bought by customers and distributors beneath you, on each leg.
• Refunds and returns: an order only counts after its return period, and commission on a refunded order is reversed or clawed back.
• The commission plan in force, including its rate, any weekly maximum and any limit on carry-over.
• Your own time, effort and costs. You are responsible for your own expenses and tax.
