Terms of Use

Version 1.1 · Effective 3 October 2026

The rules for using this website and holding an account with us.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

This website is operated by us ("we", "us"). [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] is a company registered in [PLACE OF REGISTRATION] with registration number [REGISTRATION NUMBER]. Our directors are [DIRECTORS]. Our physical address, which is also the address at which legal documents may be served on us, is [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Telephone: [CONTACT PHONE]. Email: [CONTACT EMAIL]. Website: [WEBSITE ADDRESS]. VAT registration number: [VAT NUMBER].

These terms apply whenever you browse this website, create an account or sign in. Buying products is also covered by our Terms of Sale, and taking part in the referral network is also covered by our Distributor Agreement and Income Disclosure. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

By creating an account you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. We record the version you accepted and the date and time you accepted it, and you may ask us for a copy of that record.

2. Who may use this website

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to create an account or place an order.

You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.

An account is personal to you. You may not hold more than one account or let another person use yours.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once at [CONTACT EMAIL] if you suspect someone else has used it.

We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms, used fraudulently, or left with false information. Where the law requires it we will give you notice and our reasons.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use this website to:

  • break any law, or infringe anyone's rights;
  • gain access to accounts, data or systems that are not yours;
  • interfere with the website, test its security without our written permission, or use automated tools to copy its content;
  • send unsolicited or misleading messages, including about our products or referral network;
  • impersonate us or anyone else.

5. Countries and currencies

We operate a separate store for each country we serve. Each store has its own prices and currency, and its own referral network. An order, a referral code and a network position belong to one country's store and cannot be moved to another.

6. Content and intellectual property

All text, images, trade marks and software on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish or use our content commercially without our written permission, except that distributors may share product links and their own referral link as the Distributor Agreement allows.

7. Product information and errors

We take care to describe products and show prices accurately, but mistakes can happen. If we discover an error in a price or description after you have ordered, we will contact you and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

8. Availability

We aim to keep this website available but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change or withdraw features, and may suspend the website for maintenance or security reasons.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right you have, or any liability we have, under consumer protection law or any other law that cannot be limited or excluded by agreement. This includes the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 in South Africa and the Consumer Protection Act [Chapter 14:44] in Zimbabwe.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, or for business losses such as lost profit where you used the website for business purposes.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Each update is published as a new numbered version with an effective date. When a new version takes effect we will ask you to accept it before you continue to use your account. Earlier versions remain available from us on request.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the country whose store you use: the law of the Republic of South Africa for the South African store, and the law of Zimbabwe for the Zimbabwean store. The courts of that country have jurisdiction.

Please contact us first at [CONTACT EMAIL] so that we can try to resolve any complaint. You also keep any right you have to refer a complaint to a consumer protection authority or ombud in your country.

12. Contact us

[COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Email: [CONTACT EMAIL]. Telephone: [CONTACT PHONE].

13. Terms you should read carefully

The law requires us to draw your attention to any term that limits our liability, makes you responsible for a risk, or requires you to compensate us. In these terms those are:

Please read them carefully. By ticking the acceptance box you confirm that these terms were brought to your attention before you agreed to them.

  • section 3, which makes you responsible for what is done through your account;
  • section 9, which limits our liability;
  • section 11, which says which country's law and courts apply.

14. If you use the South African store

Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (the CPA), the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (the ECT Act) or the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). If a term conflicts with one of those laws, the law applies.

As section 43 of the ECT Act requires, the following is available to you before you transact: our full details (section 1); a description of each product and its full price, including delivery charges and tax, on the product pages and at checkout; how to pay, delivery times, and the returns, exchange and refund policy (Terms of Sale); our security and privacy practices (Privacy Policy); and your cooling-off right (Terms of Sale). Before you place an order you can review it, correct any mistake, and withdraw. You can read, save or print these terms at any time.

We send marketing by email, SMS or similar means only if you have agreed to receive it, or you are an existing customer who was given the chance to refuse it, as section 69 of POPIA requires. Every message tells you how to stop them.

If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may refer it to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud or to the National Consumer Commission. The Consumer Goods and Services Industry Code of Conduct is the industry code that applies to complaints about goods. Complaints about personal information may be made to the Information Regulator.

15. If you use the Zimbabwean store

Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act [Chapter 14:44] or the Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07]. If a term conflicts with one of those laws, the law applies.

Prices and payments in the Zimbabwean store are in United States dollars.

If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may refer it to the Consumer Protection Commission. Complaints about personal information may be made to the Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (POTRAZ).
